Very close to Southend airport. Room clean and warm with the usual premier Inn lovely bed. Breakfast next door in the Beefeater very poor quality for £12 each. No coffee was available. Needs improvement.

Standard Premier Inn so you know what you’re getting. Mattress was quite soft and pillows too firm but otherwise a comfortable night. Basic bathroom but had all the amenities you’d need including good hot water pressure for the shower. Needs a little maintenance in places but spotlessly clean throughout. Staff friendly and welcoming helping make it an overall good choice for a couple of nights.

Staff was very welcoming, but the room smelt of damp and wasn't very clean. I personally wouldn't stay again.

Konečně opravdu čistá koupelna a záchod. Také ručníky byly fresh.
Velký rozdíl v čistotě celého pokoje oproti hotelu ve Wembley South.
Musím opravdu ocenit, že zde se o hotel starají dobře 👍

We stayed here one night, there is plenty of parking.
We had one of the new rooms and it was lovely, very modern, kettle in room and a heater/aircon unit which is easy to use.
TV and a very comfortable bed.
Bathroom was nice and modern, although there was paint peeling off the ceiling but it didn't bother us at all.
Overall very pleased with our stay.

Premier Inns are what they are and this one is a bigger one, likely due to the location near the airport. There is plenty of on-site parking and a restaurant adjacent for breakfast and evening meals. Close by is a very large Tesco, which was quite handy. Staff were very polite and the room was very clean.

This is one exceptionally tired Premier Inn. The rooms are hot and humid, and the AC is absolutely clapped out. The rooms are in dire need of a refurb. The staff however can't be faulted. Every person we dealt with was professional, polite and amiable. The hotel is arguably a good location for the airport and Southend city centre and the adjacent Tesco has fast EV charging.

Imagine a world in 2024. You goto a hotel. You are unable to cast/screen mirror from your phone to the TV.

First of all the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the service. The hotel however was just about ok. It was clean and the beds we’re comfortable, but agree with the other reviews, the whole place is tired. It could definitely do with a freshen up. Our TV had a grey spot in the corner (not a massive issue as we weren’t there to watch the TV, the aircon was practically useless, which was a shame as it was one of the reason we chose this hotel. It was so hot on the second night and we had the aircon on for ages. Also the noise. Wow, that was horrific. Luckily we only seemed to have someone above us on the first night, but I had ear plugs in and it still sounded like they were knocking on our door. Every time they moved it made a lot of noise. For the right price, it’s ok, but poor value in comparison to other premier inns.

Very friendly ladies on check in, room good, clean, great bed... Noisy occupants above running around early morning..... Good Central location... Breakfast was included good
value, very friendly, efficient girls working there, nothing was to much trouble, they were quick on clearing away tables and cleaning them... Some guests left a terrible mess.......
